Our cottages are designed for older persons who are active and largely independent. You're welcome to bring, or adopt, two well behaved pets.
Resident's live in their own private cottage, under a Life Right Agreement, where you are secure in your home for life.

Life Right Agreement
At Fairlands, cottage residents live under a Life Right Agreement, which provides security and peace of mind. This means:
- You have the right to occupy your cottage for life
- You own the life right, not the physical property
- All maintenance and property care is handled by Fairlands
- Your cottage can be passed on or sold (subject to estate terms)
- Should you need to transition to assisted living or frail care, you remain within the Fairlands community
This arrangement ensures financial security while removing the burden of property upkeep, allowing you to focus on living well.
