Braai Areas
For the enjoyment of all residents, the braai areas are available for all residents and their families. They are situated at the top end of S row and by the Dam.
Outdoor braai areas have been set aside for use of all the residents. For that special function, the Residents Club House with its indoor braai facility can be booked for a small fee.
Gardens
Gardening is a wonderful past-time and pleasure, and it is enjoyed by many Fairlands residents. You will also come across our wild geese and our many species of wild birds.
Our gardening service mows the lawns, trims shrubs and keeps the grounds beautifully manicured.
Hairdresser
Our onsite hairdresser means there is no need to travel far to get that fresh cut
and perfect look. We also have beauty specialists available to keep those
hands and feet looking great or just to help you unwind.
Onsite Chapel
Our chapel is open to people of every denomination for prayer, meditation and worship. Regular services are conducted by Ministers from various denominations. Details are listed on the notice board at the Home, with a list being available at the Chapel as well.
Bible Study groups also meet during the week.
Library
Our Fairlands library is exceptionally well-stocked with a huge selection of books, which includes both fiction and non-fiction. DVD’s are also available for lovers of movies and music.
24/7 Medical Support
Each resident can live with the assurance that there is 24 hour medical support available if they ever need it. Cottages are equipped with a One Call Button, should residents need assistant.

With our 24-hour security guards and security cameras, you are assured of security and safety.
